1st birthday countdown - devin's 7th month...

we celebrated devin's first christmas and new year during his 7th month! it was so much fun having a baby to make these holidays brighter and merrier than ever before. again, we spent them at home away from family because of his preemie quarantine. it was nice to have the time to ourselves. it was relaxing and stress free.we took lots of pictures on christmas eve...

and on christmas day...

devin started teething this month and began to put everything in his mouth! toys had a whole new meaning and he LOVED them! we got him a sophie the giraffe and i have to say, that toy was one of the best purchases we made! its still his favorite!

the next day, he sat up on his own!

then a few days later, it snowed in georgia and we took him outside in his favorite outfit to get a few shots of his first snow...

he was doing so many new things and had become much more observant. things were getting to be fun while we watched him absorb all the new sights and sounds of life. and of course, he got cuter and cuter by the day :)
